how it WORKS

MY CAREER MAP IN 6 EASY STEPS

Step 0 - Is it for me?

Yes if you are in a job/career transition and need a boost of clarity and confidence. Whether you are getting ready for an interview or just starting to think about your next career move, this individual workshop will help you:

  • make sense of your career path

  • tell your career story in a relevant and memorable way

  • get clarity about what makes you tick and stand out

  • envisage new possibilities

  • boost confidence

  • take concrete actions

STEP 1 - SCHEDULE YOUR 2-HOUR MY CAREER MAP SESSION

Schedule your complementary 2-hours session on Calendly and receive a Zoom invitation and a link to your personal Career Map canvas.

STEP 2 - DO THE PREP WORK

Your good prep work is key to success of My Career Map session. Please complete your Career Map canvas ahead of the session. It is likely to take you 1-2 hours. Please don’t do it last minute and in a rush. And remember: no prep work, no session :)

STEP 3 - ENJOY THE SESSION!

We will go through a structured series of exercises I designed to help you make sense of your career path, tell your career story in a relevant and memorable way, get clarity about future direction, boost your confidence and plan concrete next actions. I will adapt the choice of exercises to your concrete situation.

STEP 4 - RECEIVE & GIVE FEEDBACK

I will send you a debriefing note with you key takeaways from the session, next actions, additional resources and your Career Map canvas. Please share your feedback, too.

STEP 5 - MAKE A DONATION

If you loved the My Career Map session and found value in it, the best way to share your love back is to donate to my fundraising campaigns on giving.sg. Click on the links to see how your donation makes a difference.
